One of those fall days when the temperature is in the single digits (8C/46F) with a constant drizzle. This kind of weather calls for warm hands, a warm neck, covered toes (preferably with fishnets or polka dot stockings - my favourite go-tos), and an umbrella at all times.
What staples do you rely on for in-between cooler temperatures?
